Job Description
Desenvolvedor .NET sênior remoto no Brasil, atuando para a Reply, multinacional de TI com soluções em Cloud, IA e integração de sistemas. Desenvolvendo software para projetos complexos do setor de seguros e aplicando engenharia de prompts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure continuous integration and delivery of projects within established deadlines
- Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, etc.), ensuring alignment between project objectives and business goals
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring application stability and performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes
- Use code assistants to accelerate feature development
- Create effective prompts for code generation, refactoring, and documentation
- Critically validate AI suggestions before approval
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT
- At least 3 years’ experience with DevOps automation, including CI and CD
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
- Advanced knowledge and experience in C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core)
- Experience with ASP.NET
- Experience with PL/SQL
- Experience with Web Services and APIs
- Experience with Azure Service Bus and APIM (Azure API Management)
- Experience with SQL databases and Oracle
- Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial institutions
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure
- Proficiency in Prompt Engineering applied to software development
- Knowledge of few-shot prompting and chain-of-thought techniques for code
- Understanding of data security and privacy when using public/private AI
- Experience with the "Vida Inteira" product
- Excellent communication, teamwork, proactivity, and time management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory
- Relevant DevOps or IT certifications are a plus
