Job Description
Senior Partner Delivery Manager scaling global AI implementation partnerships for Parloa. Driving enterprise customer experience delivery, governance, and partner success programs.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale strategic relationships with Parloa's global systems integrator, consulting, and implementation partners
- Build trusted relationships with partner executives, practice leads, delivery managers, architects, and customer stakeholders
- Advise partners on building and scaling Parloa services practices, including delivery methodologies, organizational structure, certifications, and go-to-market motions
- Guide partners through complex enterprise AI and customer experience transformation programs
- Monitor partner-led implementations and proactively manage risks and escalations
- Partner with Account Executives and Partner Managers on strategic deals
- Align partners with internal Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Solution Engineering teams
- Drive governance structures, success metrics, delivery reviews, and executive business reviews
- Help scale Partner Success programs, playbooks, and frameworks
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services
- Proven track record working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners to drive measurable customer outcomes
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models and implementation methodologies, including SAFe Agile and waterfall
- Strong understanding of project governance
- Strong executive presence and ability to lead executive reviews
- Ability to communicate confidently with partner leadership, customer executives, and technical teams
- Excellent written and spoken English is required
