Job Description
Sr. Partner Success Associate supporting healthcare partnerships at Rula. Managing accounts and driving initiatives for positive mental health impact.
Responsibilities:
- As a Sr. Partner Success Associate at Rula, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing success of our strategic healthcare partnerships.
- This role combines project management, healthcare operations, and relationship management skills, offering an excellent opportunity to manage small and mid-sized accounts while growing into broader leadership responsibilities.
- Working alongside experienced Partner Success Managers and Directors, you'll help drive cross-functional initiatives that directly impact our mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone.
- You’ll turn complex data into meaningful stories that strengthen our partnerships and guide process optimizations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare operations.
- Analytical Skills: Intermediate to expert proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables) and experience using data to tell a story
- Tooling: Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and project management software like Asana or adjacent CRM tools to leverage data visualization storytelling
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate executive-level conversations. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning on priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs
- Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
