Job Description
Senior Pega Developer designing and evolving enterprise solutions for The Whiteam, a technology consulting company. Leading Pega development teams and delivering end-to-end implementations remotely from Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex applications using Pega
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
- Collaborate with LSAs and BAs to align Pega Blueprint models and implementations
- Define low-level architectures and design patterns for Pega solutions
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate teams of 2–3 developers
- Ensure compliance with Pega development best practices and standards
- Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment phases of the software development lifecycle
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Analyze and resolve issues, bugs, and performance problems
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the successful evolution of solutions
- Participate in DevOps and CI/CD processes
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience working with Pega
- Pega CSA or CSSA certification
- Experience with recent Pega versions, minimum Pega 8.x
- Knowledge of Pega Blueprint for process modeling and requirements gathering
- Experience with Case Management, workflows, and integrations
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Experience with Pega DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Pega DX API and UI/UX best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is nice to have
- Experience leading technical teams is nice to have
- Experience in enterprise application transformation and evolution projects is nice to have
- Knowledge of solution architecture and design patterns is nice to have
