Job Description

Senior Performance Marketing Manager handling paid campaigns in an AI-first agency. Collaborating with a team to optimize funnels and maximize campaign performance through innovative technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • You manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels — but your approach goes beyond “set up and optimize campaigns.”
  • You think in funnels, run systematic tests, and leverage AI to elevate creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to a level that isn’t achievable manually.

Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media (agency or in-house)
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads; experience with additional platforms is a plus
  • Analytical thinking — you work data-driven and can interpret and communicate results
  • Proven experience or a strong affinity for using AI tools for creative production, reporting, analysis, or campaign management
  • You have automated your own workflows or are eager to do so
  • Independent, structured working style
  • Very good German skills; good English.
