Job Description

Paid media strategist guiding B2B companies’ campaign strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads. Leading senior client conversations and connecting ad spend to pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop paid media strategies aligned with client business goals and North Star Metrics
  • Own forecasting and budget pacing against quarterly and annual targets
  • Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with senior stakeholders, covering results, tradeoffs, risks, and next actions
  • Steer client conversations toward decisions, priorities, and committed next steps
  • Drive AI-assisted campaign strategy, creative testing, and measurement
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 4–7 B2B clients as the primary strategic contact
  • Build trust with senior marketing, demand generation, and executive stakeholders
  • Run client calls, set agendas, control discussions, and handle difficult questions live
  • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations proactively
  • Own follow-through, ensuring clear actions, owners, and timelines
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
  • Own end-to-end conversion tracking integrity across GA4, GTM, and CRM systems
  • Diagnose performance issues involving tracking, structure, bidding, creative, or demand
  • Prioritize work by business impact, effort, and implementation reality
  • QA all work before it ships

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B paid media experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS
  • Prior client-facing strategy role with ownership of communication, not just execution
  • Track record of hitting MQL, SQL, or pipeline targets for B2B clients
  • Direct responsibility for at least $50k in monthly ad spend across multiple accounts
  • Google Ads expertise plus at least one of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Microsoft Ads
  • Working command of GA4, GTM, and CRM attribution, including HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills sufficient to lead senior calls and defend recommendations under pressure
