Job Description
Senior PMO Analyst supporting TransUnion's global portfolio governance, reporting, and assurance. Managing PMO processes remotely from a fibre-ready South African home.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to adoption of CIS Portfolio management change and governance frameworks, tools, and processes
- Monitor projects against TCQ expectations and provide early warning of variances and exceptions
- Contribute to expansion of the CIS Portfolio Management team and development of reporting, resource management, and governance services
- Drive continuous improvement of CIS Portfolio Management services and processes
- Support portfolio reporting processes in accordance with standards and timelines
- Support development and management of Executive Portfolio Dashboards and portfolio trend analysis
- Support portfolio communications and knowledge management, including quality checking templates and reference documents and publishing SharePoint updates
- Work with Portfolio Leads and Project Managers to maintain project documentation and plans
- Assure portfolio performance against KPIs and quality metrics
- Provide constructive challenge and ensure programs and projects align with TransUnion's strategic priorities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for GO_PMO Program Teams in governance and assurance
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience practically applying governance and control processes
- Skilled PMO professional
- Experience using a variety of project management and PMO tools
- Highly competent use of MS Office software, including SharePoint, MS Teams, and Excel
- Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and influence with clarity and confidence
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience working collaboratively across organisational boundaries
- Demonstrable record of professional improvement
- P30 Practitioner certification desirable
- Prince2, APM/PMP, or other delivery methodology certification desirable
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desirable
- Must reside in South Africa and work from a fibre-ready home
- Minimum 100/100 Mbps fibre line required by day one of employment
- Some positions may require a clear credit record
