Job Description

Power Platform developer modernizing a government CRM system for the Governor and Chief Inspector General offices. Refactoring workflows, building secure integrations, and enhancing case management.

Responsibilities:

  • Replace and refactor legacy Microsoft Dynamics workflows into modern Power Automate and Power Apps solutions
  • Modernize case management tabs, including updating 'Case Details' and adding a 'Subject of Complaint' tab
  • Enable manual record assignment
  • Fix system issues such as timeline rearrangement problems and file import errors
  • Architect and build automated, highly secure data import pipelines for submissions from the agency's public website and designated email inboxes
  • Ensure integrations and data transmissions use encrypted channels and comply with strict zero-trust security frameworks
  • Contribute to the CRM System Modernization project for the Executive Office of the Governor / Office of the Chief Inspector General

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working on government projects
  • Eligible for security clearance
  • Extensive experience with both pro-code and low-code Microsoft Power Platform development
  • Strong programming proficiency in C# / .NET and JavaScript
  • Deep knowledge of REST APIs and JSON/XML
  • Expertise building and managing Power Automate workflows, Custom Connectors, and Azure Functions/Logic Apps
  • Familiarity with secure, encrypted data transmission standards including TLS 1.3 and AES-256
  • Must hold an active Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification
