Job Description
Product manager owning API, ATS, HRIS, and HCM integrations for KarmaCheck’s AI-powered background-screening workflows. Driving partner roadmaps, technical sales, and customer implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Own how AI agents and new screening products reach customers inside their existing ATS, HRIS, HCM, VMS, and proprietary systems
- Define integration strategies, partner surfaces, API changes, activation processes, data flows, status mappings, error handling, and standardization decisions
- Own the roadmap for Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, the partner ecosystem, and future integrations
- Work directly with partner product and engineering teams
- Lead integration discovery, solution design, scoping, and implementation conversations with customers
- Demo products, communicate value, and support technical sales conversations
- Own public API and developer experience evolution, including endpoints, webhooks, versioning, deprecation, error semantics, sandbox/testing, and documentation
- Build configuration and tooling for Implementation teams and enablement for Support
- Convert recurring support issues into roadmap items and reduce manual Product and Engineering effort per launch
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management, with meaningful time owning integrations, APIs, or platform products
- Integration experience across multiple different systems
- Direct experience owning partner or API integrations as an ongoing product rather than a project
- Genuine comfort in front of customers, including when the goal is to sell
- Experience demoing products, communicating value, and positioning capabilities with technical buyers and operations leaders
- Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, data models, and error handling
- Ability to turn customer, partner, and internal-team input into clear, written, prioritized requirements
- Comfort working with external partner teams and influencing roadmaps
- Ability to commit to working Eastern Time (EST)
