Job Description
Senior Product Manager focusing on scalable platform capabilities at Pax8. Influencing AI-driven innovation for global partners within the cloud marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform capabilities that support multiple product domains
- Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
- Translating complex business and technical needs into clear product outcomes and priorities
- Driving continuous improvement through data-informed decisions, experimentation, and customer insight
- Communicating direction, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
- Proven product leadership within platform, infrastructure, or core services environments
- Substantial experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps for highly technical domains
- Demonstrated ability to work with distributed engineering teams and complex stakeholder groups
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term platform health
- Clear, inclusive communication skills and a collaborative, outcomes-focused mindset
