Job Description

Senior Product Manager owning Kodex’s secure identity, API, MCP, and integration platform. Enabling organizations to handle sensitive government data requests through trusted data exchange.

Responsibilities:

  • Own KIP (Kodex Identity Provider) end-to-end as the identity foundation across Kodex products
  • Drive the MCP roadmap, including use cases, integration points, APIs, and AI agent workflows
  • Design and prioritize bi-directional API strategy and align teams on delivery
  • Shape platform infrastructure decisions, including Nitro Enclave data models and compliance readiness
  • Build internal-team adoption and define the platform internal go-to-market
  • Partner with Integrations, Core Portal, Verify, Government, and adjacent engineering and product teams on prioritization, sequencing, and architectural tradeoffs
  • Represent the technical customer voice for direct API users and platform partners
  • Translate strategy into decisions and platform capabilities that other teams can build on

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience at Enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Senior-tier ownership at established platform companies
  • Platform, API, Identity, or Integrations background
  • Experience with developer-facing APIs, identity providers, SSO, RBAC, or equivalent platform work
  • Technical fluency in architectural tradeoffs, prioritization, and design decisions
  • Sensitive-data domain experience in fintech, security, health tech, compliance, or another enterprise category
  • Experience aligning multiple engineering managers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience measuring success through internal platform adoption
  • Comfortable in startup environments where processes are still being defined
  • Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Big pluses: software engineering background, enterprise-platform experience, MCP or agentic AI product experience, bi-directional API or webhook design at scale, and compliance/regulatory experience such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or GDPR
