Job Description

Product Manager at Stord focusing on WMS solutions for warehouse operations. Collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and improve operational metrics related to fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery of specific WMS capabilities/enhancements - receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management.
  • Own the product roadmap in partnership with the Head of Product Logistics, including overall strategy & vision.
  • Prioritize features within your domain that unlock operational capacity, improve throughput, and reduce errors.
  • Help design workflows optimized for warehouse associates - mobile-first, intuitive, and built for speed.
  • Spend time on warehouse floors understanding associate workflows, pain points, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Translate operational insights into detailed product requirements that engineering teams can rally behind.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations-heavy products.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse workflows, previous WMS experience (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, home grown solutions etc).
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex, data-intensive systems.
  • Comfortable conducting operator interviews, shadowing warehouse shifts, and translating observations into requirements.
  • Experience using operational metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.
