Job Description
Senior Project Analyst responsible for managing corporate client relationships and overseeing project progress. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring project alignment and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, monitor project progress, identify needs, and align expectations;
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables;
- Lead schedule governance, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated;
- Proactively update stakeholders on project status;
- Manage project budgets, focusing on efficiency and profit margin;
- Control and ensure adherence to scope, structuring and leading change management processes;
- Participate in project pricing, ensuring financial feasibility and adherence to margin targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management;
- Experience presenting to clients and executive forums;
- Fluent Spanish
- Preferred:
- Experience in the B2B market;
- Experience in the education sector.
