Job Description
Senior Project Manager delivering Jedox EPM implementations for finance transformation clients. Coordinating teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and executive stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Jedox EPM implementation projects for key accounts
- Manage projects to ensure timely and successful completion within scope
- Coordinate clients, internal teams including R&D, and executive stakeholders
- Oversee requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Maintain project documentation and ensure internal standards and compliance
- Organize and manage project resources
- Track project timelines, hours, budgets, and scope
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor milestones and communicate status updates to stakeholders and executive management
- Provide customer-project feedback to improve Jedox products and services
- Support other implementation-related activities and projects as required
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management
- 8+ years of professional experience within the IT consulting industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expected
- Master’s degree is an added benefit
- Proven track record delivering finance transformation projects (CPM/EPM, ERP, BI)
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, project resources, budgets, and scope
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA certifications are a plus
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and operational teams and adjust communication style
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive, structured, and reliable way of working
- Fluency in German
- Business-fluent English
