Job Description
Cielo Senior Recruiter managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting commercial hiring. Leading talent acquisition efforts for Sales, Marketing, and other Commercial functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and market conditions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, and Service Sales.
- Screen and assess candidates, presenting high-quality candidate slates and building proactive talent pipelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring leaders and HR to develop competitive offer recommendations.
- Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes.
- Mentor Recruiters and other team members, sharing recruiting best practices and market knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for Commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Leadership roles.
- Experience within MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.
