Job Description
Senior Recruiter delivering specialized HR services, systems, and data support for The Nature Conservancy. Supporting employees and global conservation operations through recruiting and HR programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide human resource services in one or more specialized functions, including employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training, organizational development, and recruiting
- Administer and maintain HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans according to HR policies
- Aid all levels of personnel with HR data-related issues and requests
- Coordinate and lead projects
- Respond to HR-related questions, problems, and data information requests from employees and management
- Construct and produce reports
- Input, manipulate, and analyze HR data
- Support global operations as needed
- Participate in a rolling interview process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years Human Resources work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination
- Experience coordinating and leading projects
- Experience responding to HR related questions, problems and data information requests from employees/management
- Experience with database management and spreadsheet software
- Experience constructing and producing reports
- Experience with data input, manipulation and analysis
- Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with integrated Human Resources Management Systems
- Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated
- Supervisory skills
- Advanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations
- May require ability to travel within the United States and internationally
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, stressful and highly visible environment
- Must meet The Nature Conservancy's background screening requirements
