Job Description
Senior Recruiter responsible for driving talent acquisition in pharmaceutical R&D. Working with hiring managers to ensure exceptional service and maintaining candidate engagement throughout recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations
- Mentor Recruiters and other team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS: Workday) and social media tools
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
- Pharmaceutical R&D experience required
- Self starters and naturally curious
- Consulting skills and ability to drive process
- Knowledge of Polish Recruiting laws
- Experience sourcing with various tools
