Job Description

Regional oncology business manager selling TriSalus Life Sciences’ pressure-enabled drug-delivery devices for liver and pancreatic cancers. Driving regional sales, account growth, and physician adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate healthcare professionals and deliver data supporting TriSalus devices
  • Achieve the regional sales forecast, focusing primarily on target accounts
  • Communicate with Sales Management, Marketing, Clinical, and other internal team members
  • Drive scalable business growth within each account
  • Articulate the science, features, and benefits of pharmaceutical and device products, including Pressure-Enabled Drug Delivery
  • Develop multiple users in each account and cultivate product champions
  • Analyze the territory to identify opportunities to increase procedure utilization
  • Build and execute territory business plans assessing hospitals and physicians
  • Manage and support Distributor Sales Representatives while carrying an individual regional forecast and quota
  • Create and implement regional forecasts, quotas, and strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Maintain knowledge of the industry, healthcare economics, and reimbursement
  • Communicate with Interventional Radiologists and related stakeholders
  • Cover local or national conferences and exhibitions when assigned
  • Provide case support and adapt to changes in the travel schedule
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM information
  • Follow all TriSalus Life Sciences policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited University or College
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of medical device experience, preferably in radiology; capital sales a plus
  • Previous experience with physician preference items in the IR, OR, or Cath Lab
  • Experience opening new accounts and cultivating and nurturing existing accounts
  • Experience in a start-up organization and building from the ground up
  • Proven sales success, such as meeting goals, receiving a president award, or ranking in the top 10%
  • Demonstrated examples of excellent consultative selling skills
  • Ability to develop collegial relationships with physicians and nurses
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Relationships with Interventional Radiologists desired
  • Ability and confidence to call on C-Suite, department directors, and managers
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required; approximately 40–60%
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Ability to meet qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
