Job Description
Senior Sales Analyst supporting DeepHealth's US commercial operations through Salesforce reporting, data hygiene, CPQ quoting, and pipeline management. Remote across the United States with Pacific Time coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Support US Markets Commercial Operations by maintaining accurate Salesforce data and reliable reporting
- Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards for US pipeline, forecast, bookings, campaigns, and compensation inputs
- Maintain data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and leads for the NAM business
- Provide Salesforce support to NAM Sales teams for deal and pipeline management
- Provide quoting support in Salesforce CPQ, including quote accuracy, approval routing, and pricing and discount compliance
- Follow up with Sales teams on deal status, close dates, and required updates
- Update campaign leads and support the lead-to-opportunity handoff with Marketing
- Support ad hoc analysis, sales compensation data validation, and market performance reviews
- Log and escalate Salesforce issues and enhancement requests to Salesforce Architects
- Document reporting definitions, field standards, and recurring processes
- Partner with the NAM Commercial Operations Leader, US Sales Leaders, and Salesforce Architects
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for NAM Sales teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5+ years in sales analytics, sales operations, or CRM reporting
- Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills
- Working knowledge of CPQ and CLM processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and data-quality discipline
- Clear communication and ability to follow up firmly and diplomatically with Sales teams
- Must be able to work from anywhere in the United States
- Must provide coverage through approximately 4:00-4:30 PM Pacific Time
- Must comply with applicable employment, data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Must be willing to travel domestically/internationally up to 10%
