Job Description

Senior Channel Manager expanding Open Systems’ Managed SASE and connectivity partner ecosystem across UKI and Nordics. Driving partner-led pipeline, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow the partner ecosystem across UKI and the Nordics
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new strategic channel partners
  • Build and execute joint business plans focused on pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion
  • Develop strong executive relationships within partner organizations
  • Enable partners to position and sell Open Systems' Managed SASE, connectivity, and data sovereignty solutions
  • Create and execute partner-led marketing, demand generation, and sales initiatives
  • Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Drive partner sourcing, registration, and progression of opportunities within the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and revenue forecasts
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and partner feedback to leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliance management within cybersecurity, networking, cloud, managed services, SaaS, or enterprise technology
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and growing partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of MSP, MSSP, VAR, SI, and service provider business models
  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue generation and business outcomes
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build opportunities from the ground up
  • Familiarity with modern sales, partner enablement, and AI-driven productivity tools
  • Professional English fluency
  • Experience within UKI and Nordic markets is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required
