Job Description
Senior Sales Engineer focusing on Aquatics Treatment solutions across the Nordic region. Engaging municipalities and contractors to promote advanced treatment solutions in the public swimming pool sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Aquatics Treatment solutions across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
- Identify and win new business opportunities within the public swimming pool sector.
- Build trusted relationships with municipalities, consulting engineers, contractors, and pool operators.
- Promote Xylem's portfolio of filtration, disinfection, monitoring, and control solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Xylem at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts through our CRM system.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering, Environmental Technology, Water Technology, or a related technical field.
- Several years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development.
- Experience within water treatment, pumps, filtration, or aquatics solutions.
- Experience working with municipalities or public infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to developing new business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% across the Nordic region.
