Job Description
Senior Sales Engineer developing and delivering tailored technical sales solutions for Vector Security. Collaborating with teams and engaging clients in pre-sales activities within a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in complex opportunities involving sophisticated technology, clearly articulating the value proposition and business case for investment.
- Deliver thorough analyses of benefits, business impact, ROI, and total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate across vendors and internal Vector teams to develop and deliver accurate, comprehensive solutions.
- Drive key pre-sales activities, shaping deliverables, managing pricing and concessions, leading demonstrations, and coordinating pilot or test installations as needed.
- Deliver sales presentations and participate in client discussions while on the move.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Security Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architect role.
- Technical certifications in Enterprise-level VMS and security systems.
- Present technical solutions to clients in a clear, consultative manner, addressing both technical and business stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sale handoff.
