  • Strong proficiency designing and implementing Salesforce Flows and automation tools to streamline processes, as well as hands-on experience designing and building on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Enterprise or Unlimited editions.
  • Prior experience gathering and translating business requirements into system design, with the proven ability to lead discussions and meetings across both technical and business stakeholders, preferably within a technology consulting firm or fast-growing technology company.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, connecting Salesforce to third-party enterprise systems such as Oracle, Snowflake, or middleware platforms, as well as familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, source-driven development (Salesforce DX / Git), change sets, and sandbox management.
  • Experience managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and maintaining data security and integrity.
  • Knowledge of data governance, internal controls, process compliance, and permission security.
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities (including Einstein Lead Scoring, Einstein Opportunity Insights, Einstein for Service or Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics), agentic AI features within Salesforce (such as Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or Prompt Builder), and the ability to design extensible solutions that leverage these capabilities.
