Job Description
Senior SAP CO Consultant leading S/4HANA Controlling transformations at Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company. Designing SAP finance solutions and optimizing controlling processes for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs
- Drive solution architecture and process optimization in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC)
- Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Ensure seamless integration between Controlling, Finance, and Logistics processes
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Contribute to governance, best practices, and innovation in SAP Controlling and performance management
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects
- Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes
- Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes (MM, PP, SD)
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP Project System (PS) is considered a strong advantage
- Business fluent German and fluent English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Experience with processes/projects for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry (DMI) is preferable
