Job Description

Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Business One solutions at Be One Solutions. Leading project delivery and mentoring staff in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, evaluation, and clarification of customer business requirements, providing expert guidance on SAP Business One solutions and recommending optimized technical and functional designs throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Business One core modules and related add-ons, ensuring solutions align with customer business objectives and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct gap analysis between customer business requirements and system capabilities, proposing effective solutions and process improvements.
  • Proactively manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution, while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support Consultants and junior team members during project execution and support activities.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions, system optimization initiatives, and complex troubleshooting activities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Business One across all core modules and core add-ons.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business One consulting and support.
  • Successfully participated in at least 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA, including Crystal Reports.
  • Fluent or native-level English proficiency.
  • Additional language proficiency is considered an advantage.
