Job Description
Consultor SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting liderando implementação e consolidação financeira corporativa na UltraCon. Configurando integrações, testes, eliminações intercompany e suporte a áreas de negócio em trabalho 100% remoto.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
- Configure legal and managerial consolidation processes
- Implement intercompany elimination rules, foreign currency translation, and consolidation adjustments
- Configure and operate the Data Monitor and Consolidation Monitor
- Work on integration with SAP FI/CO modules and other financial solutions
- Conduct requirements-gathering workshops with Accounting and Controlling teams
- Prepare functional specifications and support developments and integrations
- Plan and execute integrated tests (SIT/UAT)
- Support Go-Live and Hypercare activities
- Serve as a functional reference for business areas and the project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting projects
- Participation in at least one end-to-end Group Reporting implementation
- Knowledge of legal consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation adjustments
- Knowledge of reporting structures and consolidation models
- Knowledge of ICMR (Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation)
- Knowledge of GRDC (Group Reporting Data Collection)
- Familiarity with the ACDOCA and ACDOCU tables
- Experience with reporting using SAP Analysis for Office and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and test management
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting standards IFRS and US GAAP is a plus
- Experience in international projects is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP integrations and development of functional specifications is a plus
- Experience in regulated environments such as banks and insurers is a plus
- Consultative, results-oriented profile
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with executive stakeholders
- Leadership and workshop facilitation skills
- Proactivity and autonomy
