Job Description
SAP Manager leading public-sector consulting teams, projects, and business growth at Nagarro. Developing ERP solutions, customer partnerships, and market opportunities across Germany, France, and Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and disciplinary leadership of a team
- Further develop the organization and oversee talent development and employee retention
- Ensure efficient resource planning and optimal team utilization
- Expand the business and identify new market opportunities in the public sector
- Support business development, bidding, and contract processes through successful completion
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, networks, and strategic partnerships
- Take overall responsibility for the project portfolio regarding quality, budget, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
- Serve as strategic point of contact for key accounts and escalation point for critical project issues
- Further develop project standards, methods, and best practices
- Develop the product and solution portfolio in collaboration with development, sales, and management teams
Requirements:
- A college degree (e.g., in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in IT consulting, ideally with responsibility for teams with multiple levels of management
- Proven success in managing complex projects and building out business operations
- Comprehensive overview of industry-specific modules (e.g., PSM, PSCD) and the underlying processes
- Extensive knowledge of the public sector, particularly local governments (cities and municipalities)
- Experience with public tenders and procurement procedures
- Understanding of product development and software solutions in the public sector
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional negotiation skills
- Business-level German (C1) and good English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (20–40%)
