Job Description
Senior SAP Project Manager leading SAP projects from A-Z for companies in Switzerland. Engaging in innovative cloud-ERP solutions with significant customer impact.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for leading and managing SAP projects across the entire lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget and quality
- Establishing and further developing the project organization with governance, methodology, resource planning and project cost accounting
- Coordinating all project activities and changes as well as professional change and risk management with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring transparent, solution-oriented communication and handling escalation issues with confidence
- Delivering measurable customer value through innovative IT initiatives, holistic solution approaches and actively maintaining and expanding customer relationships
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in leading SAP projects, combined with solid SAP consulting and IT expertise
- Completed higher education (e.g. university/University of Applied Sciences/federal diploma) and ideally certifications in SAP and project management
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, combined with high social competence and a strong sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong self-initiative, service-oriented attitude, and a reliable, precise working style
- Team-oriented, open and flexible personality that fosters a positive working atmosphere and actively builds and maintains customer relationships
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
