Job Description
SAP Consultant leading implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions. Involves technical and functional problem solving, along with user training and project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analyses of client requirements and translate them into effective solutions using SAP best practices;
- Develop and configure the system according to client specifications, ensuring process quality and efficiency;
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and interoperability between SAP SuccessFactors modules;
- Monitor and resolve technical and functional issues related to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions;
- Participate in defining and continuously improving processes related to the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution;
- Configure all payroll calculation processes such as termination, vacations, 13th-month salary, unions, profit-sharing (PLR), benefits, etc.;
- Build rules and schemas;
- Prepare functional specifications;
- Prepare data sets and test scenarios;
- Perform unit testing;
- Perform integration testing;
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Support parallel testing;
- Validate ABAP solutions;
- Data migration and data uploads; other routine tasks within the area.
Requirements:
- Experience leading at least one large-scale project related to SAP HCM PY or SuccessFactors ECP implementation;
- Payroll experience; knowledge of the eSocial solution and SAP HCM Benefits modules is required;
- Experience in specifying customized solutions and developments;
- Experience in implementation projects, having participated in all project phases;
- Strong knowledge of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems;
- Ability to perform advanced configurations and customizations in SAP SuccessFactors ECP;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management;
- Bachelor’s degree (required);
- Desired: knowledge of EC module and integrations;
- Advanced English.
