Job Description
SEO Manager leading multi-client SEO strategies and implementation for findling, a German search-optimization agency. Managing E-Commerce clients, campaigns, reporting, and GEO initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage multiple SEO projects in parallel
- Keep track of objectives, timelines, priorities, and next steps
- Assume professional and organizational responsibility for client projects
- Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring clear and reliable communication
- Develop tailored SEO strategies, particularly for e-commerce clients
- Translate market, competitor, and website analyses into concrete actions
- Implement SEO measures in practice, including technical optimization, on-page improvements, and content briefings
- Plan, manage, and monitor SEO campaigns
- Develop GEO strategies and approaches to improve visibility in AI-powered search environments such as ChatGPT
- Prepare reports, status updates, and results presentations, explaining developments and next steps
- Combine SEO expertise with project management, client communication, and strong execution
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in SEO, ideally at an agency or in an environment involving multiple concurrent projects
- Experience managing multiple clients, topics, and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content marketing, along with strong hands-on implementation skills
- Good understanding of e-commerce, websites, content structures, and the fundamentals of technical SEO
- Experience in client communication and a professional, dependable, consultative approach
- Ability to structure projects, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives forward independently
- Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented working style
- Able to provide relevant reference websites and clearly explain the measures taken to improve visibility
- Practical GEO experience is a plus; understanding of the importance of AI-powered search environments such as ChatGPT, along with a willingness to engage in intensive training
- Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
