Job Description
Senior SEO Specialist driving scalable SEO, automation, and AI workflows for Legend’s sports and gaming marketing business. Owning complex initiatives across markets and large datasets.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive SEO performance across key markets or complex initiatives
- Shape longer-term SEO roadmaps and identify growth opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Turn complex datasets and competitor insights into strategic action
- Identify patterns, anticipate challenges and influence SEO priorities across markets and teams
- Drive adoption of AI and automation within SEO workflows
- Design, test and implement scalable automation workflows, including SEO QA improvements
- Lead analysis of changes across the portfolio and provide strategic recommendations
- Influence cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements
- Challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement
- Share expertise and help the SEO team adopt smarter, scalable ways of working
- Report directly to the Head of SEO
Requirements:
- Deep SEO expertise, particularly in on-page optimisation
- Strong technical SEO knowledge
- Experience developing strategies delivering measurable improvements across large, complex websites
- Advanced analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Ability to identify trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience identifying AI and automation opportunities, experimenting with solutions and improving workflows
- Proven ability to independently own complex SEO initiatives
- Ability to prioritise opportunities based on impact and effort
- Ability to deliver measurable outcomes while navigating cross-functional dependencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complex analysis, challenge assumptions and influence decisions through evidence-backed recommendations
- Strategic thinking, autonomy and adaptability to solve ambiguous problems
- Willingness to drive improvements beyond the immediate area of responsibility
