Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Create and automate business processes with Power Automate (flows), integrating different systems and data sources
- Design low-code applications focused on usability, performance, and scalability
- Manage SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and site structures
- Integrate solutions with Dataverse, APIs, databases, and external services
- Support solution architecture definition within the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem
- Provide support and continuously enhance existing applications
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices in governance, information security, and compliance, including Brazil’s LGPD data protection law
- Document solutions and promote the sharing of technical knowledge across the team
Requirements:
- Experience with SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, lists, and libraries)
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
- Knowledge of Power Automate (flows)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Dataverse
- Experience with data modeling and business logic
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SharePoint customizations
- Knowledge of governance and access management within Microsoft 365
- Experience with version control and development best practices
- Completed or ongoing higher education in an IT-related field
- Experience with Power Platform
- Knowledge of Brazil’s LGPD data protection law and data governance
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400
- Experience working in complex, regulated corporate environments, such as financial services or insurance
- Experience integrating Power BI and Power Platform
