Job Description
Senior Site Reliability Engineer scaling reliable GCP infrastructure and DevOps for Leadtech, a digital-products company serving millions of users. Building CI/CD, observability, and secure backend platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure for backend services using Infrastructure as Code
- Implement and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using GCP native tools and other solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with mobile, web, and backend development teams on deployment, performance optimization, and observability best practices for mobile backends on GCP
- Ensure security best practices in GCP infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Create and maintain technical documentation covering deployment architecture, processes, and troubleshooting
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to GCP infrastructure and DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Networking
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Solid experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Solid experience with GCP monitoring and logging tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Experience with a programming language, preferably TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Python
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
- Strong preference for working in agile and dynamic environments
- Expertise in fostering teamwork and effective collaboration
- Ability to work with mobile, web, and backend development teams
- No educational credential explicitly required
