Job Description
Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Lyra Health delivering AI-powered mental health solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance web applications for improved access to care.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the full-stack development process, from designing backend APIs to implementing the frontend components that will consume them
- Create lasting impact by building and continuously improving our Python and Java-based microservices
- Work with fellow engineering team members to collaboratively create and refine technical designs and solutions
- Collaborate with key partners including data science, product management, design, and behavioral health specialists
- Follow and promote best practices during all phases of software development, adhering to the highest quality and security standards
- Drive continuous technical improvement for our platforms and tooling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 6+ years of experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications
- Relevant professional experience building scalable back-end services and APIs using Python and/or Java/Spring
- Relevant professional experience developing web applications with React.js and React Native
- Experience with TypeScript, Amazon web service and state-management libraries like Redux preferred
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
