Job Description
Senior engineer building Ayrshare’s unified social media API for posting, scheduling, analytics, comments, and messaging across 13+ networks. Driving Instagram Ads, AI platform integrations, and scalable platform improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Code daily and ship features with production-quality standards
- Develop scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs
- Collaborate with business leaders on the roadmap
- Make pragmatic, risk-aware decisions balancing innovation with uptime
- Translate product strategy into execution in collaboration with the CEO
- Investigate customer issues with the engineering team
- Launch the Instagram Ads integration
- Integrate with AI development and coding platforms
- Improve the core platform while preserving near-100% uptime and developer-first quality
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven impact at senior levels
- Strong expertise in software design and architecture
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- Hands-on coding skills in NodeJS, React, Firebase, and APIs
- Interest in integrating with AI platforms and vibe coding tools
- Deep understanding of software quality practices, including testing, CI/CD, and documentation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first, asynchronous environment
- Pragmatic problem-solving ability, balancing speed with quality
