Job Description
Senior Software Engineer architecting the future of Cint's platform, leading modernization from .NET to a unified Java/Spring stack. Collaborating with a global team on impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the modernization journey
- Design and implement patterns for legacy displacement
- Build new services and help transition others from .NET to Spring
- Partner with product managers to shape a roadmap
- Communicate effectively across timezones
- Use Grafana and modern tracing to ensure system health
- Leverage programming tools to accelerate refactoring and development workflows
Requirements:
- Deep experience in backend systems
- Practical experience with .NET and Java are a plus
- Comfortable with event-driven systems
- Proven track record of breaking down monoliths and managing system migrations
- Belief that code without a robust test suite isn’t finished
- Strong product mindset
