Job Description
Senior Software Engineer designing cloud-native solutions and proof-of-concepts for L21s consultancy clients. Coordinating internal and external development teams in a dynamic startup.
Responsibilities:
- Support L21s on client projects as a technical all-rounder
- Design technical solutions
- Develop proofs of concept
- Lead teams of internal and external colleagues
- Solve relevant client problems using strategic management consulting methodologies
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in computer science, business information systems, or a comparable field
- At least 2–5 years of professional software development experience
- Technology expert with strong cloud-native programming skills
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply
- Interest in growing with the company and gradually taking on more responsibility
- Nice to have: Experience in consulting or leading software development teams
