Job Description
Senior Software Engineer working in a consulting startup, developing technical solutions and leading project teams. Remote work with flexible responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supports L21s in client projects as a technical all‑rounder
- Designs technical solutions and develops proofs of concept (PoCs)
- Leads teams composed of internal and external colleagues
- Solves relevant client problems using methods from strategic management consulting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- At least 2–5 years of professional software development experience
- Nice to have: experience in consulting or in leading software development teams
