Job Description
Senior Solution Engineer in presales organisation at SailPoint, collaborating on sales efforts in identity governance. Engaging with customers to address identity security challenges and demonstrate solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Join the India team as a Senior Solution Engineer in SailPoint’s presales organisation
- Support direct and indirect sales efforts, collaborate with partners and customers
- Articulate the value of SailPoint solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Discover customer requirements and align SailPoint solutions to address identity challenges
- Demonstrate product capabilities effectively
- Complete onboarding checklist and training within the first month
- Familiarize with internal teams and key stakeholders
- Lead Solution Engineer for RFx response processes and technical conversations with customers
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company
- 3+ years working with Identity, Governance and Access Management solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- A working knowledge of technical infrastructure including application servers, databases, virtualization and directories is required.
- Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL is desirable.
- Understanding of Cloud platforms like Azure, Google and AWS is desirable.
