Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer helping UK enterprises manage telemetry with Cribl’s AI platform. Owning technical engagements, demos, proofs of value, and customer relationships during sales.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process and align solutions to their business problems
- Own customer technical engagement and relationships
- Deliver technical validation through whiteboards, demos, and proofs of value
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
- Travel up to 30%
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to work across multiple time zones
Requirements:
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Strong background in pre-sales and solution engineering
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Experience across multiple industries
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
- Must live in the UK; the role requires residency in the UK
- Fluent English required, both written and spoken
- Experience working remotely
