Job Description

Senior Statistical Programmer supporting oncology clinical trial programming for ClinChoice, a global full-service CRO. Delivering CDISC-compliant analyses, documentation, quality, and cross-functional study support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support programming deliveries for a clinical study or project
  • Implement statistical programming aspects of protocols and clinical development programs
  • Ensure high quality in personal and other programmers’ deliverables
  • Program independently with high efficiency and quality
  • Write or implement specifications and oversee relevant documentation completeness
  • Contribute to best practices improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with standards and automation usage
  • Plan and support team activities and tasks
  • Communicate and escalate risks within assigned studies or projects
  • Work proactively with Statisticians, Lead Programmers, Data Managers, and Study Leaders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or related scientific disciplines with 5 years of clinical programming (CDISC) experience, or Master’s degree in CS, statistics, or related disciplines with 6 years of clinical programming (CDISC) experience
  • Oncology therapeutic area experience
  • Working knowledge of ICH and Good Clinical Practices, clinical research, clinical trial processes, and related regulatory requirements and terminology
  • Good understanding of the clinical drug development process
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Current knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements relevant to the role
  • Ability to proactively manage concurrent project activities
  • Ability to influence relevant stakeholders on programming-related items
