Job Description
Senior Statistical Programmer supporting oncology clinical trial programming for ClinChoice, a global full-service CRO. Delivering CDISC-compliant analyses, documentation, quality, and cross-functional study support.
Responsibilities:
- Support programming deliveries for a clinical study or project
- Implement statistical programming aspects of protocols and clinical development programs
- Ensure high quality in personal and other programmers’ deliverables
- Program independently with high efficiency and quality
- Write or implement specifications and oversee relevant documentation completeness
- Contribute to best practices improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with standards and automation usage
- Plan and support team activities and tasks
- Communicate and escalate risks within assigned studies or projects
- Work proactively with Statisticians, Lead Programmers, Data Managers, and Study Leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or related scientific disciplines with 5 years of clinical programming (CDISC) experience, or Master’s degree in CS, statistics, or related disciplines with 6 years of clinical programming (CDISC) experience
- Oncology therapeutic area experience
- Working knowledge of ICH and Good Clinical Practices, clinical research, clinical trial processes, and related regulatory requirements and terminology
- Good understanding of the clinical drug development process
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Current knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements relevant to the role
- Ability to proactively manage concurrent project activities
- Ability to influence relevant stakeholders on programming-related items
