Job Description

Sales Development Representative for YipitData's SpendHound targeting large businesses. Engaging prospective clients and developing sales strategies in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • act as a builder on breaking into SpendHound’s largest prospect accounts
  • identify prospective opportunities and utilize a number of outbound communication channels
  • engage in sales engagement
  • progress your career towards full end-to-end sales
  • utilize creative prospecting to meet stakeholders at all levels of larger businesses
  • generate interest and meetings from Procurement leaders for a highly valuable product
  • develop skills across a broad range of modern sales technology tools
  • work closely with an Enterprise Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR
  • successful working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling to U.S. prospects
  • strong focus on cold-calling
  • track record of not only meeting but also exceeding targets
  • empathetic and strong interpersonal skills
  • highly self-motivated and proactive with your time
  • grit and can handle rejection
  • resourceful and always looking for new ways to open doors
  • coachable and willing to learn
  • highly positive outlook
  • sound judgment when handling new situations
