Job Description

Senior Solutions Architect guiding life insurance carriers through enterprise architecture, integrations, and modernization. Leading Sureify implementations across complex policy, distribution, CRM, and data systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support architectural strategy for implementations, aligning with clients’ enterprise architecture, digital initiatives, and modernization roadmaps
  • Evaluate Sureify product integrations with policy administration systems, distribution platforms, CRM, data platforms, and legacy carrier infrastructure
  • Provide guidance on architectural tradeoffs, integration patterns, and platform adoption strategies
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client executives, enterprise architects, business partners, and technology leaders
  • Translate business objectives and operational constraints into scalable architectural solutions
  • Guide decisions regarding platform architecture, integration strategy, data flows, and system dependencies
  • Define and oversee integration architectures connecting Sureify products with policy administration, underwriting, distribution, and enterprise data systems
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks from legacy technology constraints, fragmented systems, and evolving carrier technology landscapes
  • Ensure integration designs support scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Provide architectural leadership across large-scale transformation programs
  • Partner with Delivery teams to ensure designs are practical, executable, and aligned with project constraints
  • Identify program-level risks, bottlenecks, and technical dependencies
  • Lead technical discovery and due diligence of client environments and transformation objectives
  • Develop solution architectures balancing client needs, product capabilities, and implementation feasibility
  • Apply insurance and annuity technology ecosystem expertise and contribute repeatable solution patterns and implementation frameworks
  • Partner with Sureify Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams and client architects, technical teams, and system integrators throughout implementations
  • Participate in solution discovery, implementation planning, and architectural governance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, technical consulting, or large-scale platform implementations
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex integrated solutions across multiple enterprise systems
  • Experience working directly with client executives, enterprise architects, and cross-functional delivery teams in large technology transformation programs
  • Prior experience with SaaS platforms or enterprise software implementations in regulated industries is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration patterns
  • Experience designing architectures integrating policy administration systems, CRM platforms, distribution or agent management systems, and enterprise data platforms
  • Familiarity with API-driven architectures, event-based integrations, and modern cloud-based SaaS platforms
  • Ability to evaluate complex system environments and design scalable, maintainable solution architectures
  • Working knowledge of data architecture concepts and enterprise data flows
  • Deep familiarity with life insurance and annuity carrier technology ecosystems is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with policy administration platforms, distribution systems, or customer engagement platforms
  • Understanding of carrier operational processes, including policy lifecycle, distribution management, and customer servicing
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear architectural strategies and implementation plans
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to influence architectural decisions across client organizations and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset

Benefits:

  • Base annual salary of $175,000–$205,000 USD
  • Periodic travel to client sites to support workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic planning sessions
