Job Description

Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst supporting Lingaro’s analytics and AI-powered transformation consulting. Leading presales, requirements analysis, solution design, and client workshops across supply chain domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end presales activities for Supply Chain transformation and technology engagements
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution narratives, effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approaches
  • Develop client proposals, presentations, solution decks, offering materials, business cases, and executive discussion materials
  • Support new supply chain service offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable consulting assets
  • Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs
  • Lead or support requirements-gathering sessions with client business stakeholders
  • Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and technology platform capabilities
  • Define future-state processes, operating models, and solution designs
  • Bridge communication among business users, product teams, technical teams, implementation partners, and leadership
  • Collaborate on supply chain planning and execution solutions powered by data and analytics
  • Support configuration discussions, functional design, integration and data requirements, testing, and deployment planning
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics requirements
  • Support UAT planning, test-case development, defect triage, and business validation
  • Provide domain expertise during implementation, transformation, and continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Lead client discussions and facilitate workshops, design sessions, process reviews, and executive readouts
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders and communicate complex business and technology concepts clearly
  • Manage competing stakeholder priorities and support decision-making through structured analysis and recommendations

Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation
  • End-to-end supply chain synchronization perspective
  • Strong experience in planning, logistics and transportation, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, demand forecasting, or order management
  • Experience leading or supporting client-facing consulting engagements involving digital systems and data analytics
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience contributing to presales, proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, or consulting offerings
  • Experience working with cross-functional business, IT, architecture, data, analytics, AI, and delivery teams
  • Experience in supply chain digital transformation, planning transformation, ERP transformation, or analytics-led supply chain improvement programs
  • Strong knowledge in one or more of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning and scheduling, distribution and replenishment planning, logistics and transportation management, warehouse management, network planning and supply chain design, supply chain control towers and visibility, NPI, or UPI
  • Familiarity with supply chain platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO/S/4HANA, or similar
  • Knowledge of business analysis and mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, ML/AI, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Strong supply chain business-process understanding
  • Excellent business analysis, consulting, client-facing communication, presentation, documentation, storytelling, and workshop-facilitation skills
  • Ability to translate business problems into technology-enabled solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and commercial-awareness skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear recommendations
  • Ability to work across presales, solutioning, and delivery phases
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability
