Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner owning global, full-cycle recruitment for Acclaro, a localization and content intelligence company. Partnering with hiring managers and shaping data-driven talent strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of concurrent requisitions across multiple functions, seniority levels, and geographic locations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and direct engagement with passive candidates
  • Guide candidates through the hiring journey from initial contact through offer and onboarding handoff
  • Coach hiring managers and interview panels on candidate evaluation, interview effectiveness, hiring best practices, and time-to-fill trade-offs
  • Use recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and hiring data to identify opportunities, improve outcomes, and influence hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows in the applicant tracking system for operational excellence and compliance
  • Support employer branding across talent communities, social platforms, professional networks, and recruiting channels
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
  • Collaborate with global colleagues and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, or a related hiring function
  • Fully proficient in English
  • Comfortable working in a global, remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to manage numerous concurrent requisitions across different functions, levels, and regions
  • Ability to build trust and partner with stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leaders
  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication
  • Adaptability and initiative in fast-moving, globally distributed environments
  • Ability to use data and recruiting insights to guide decisions and improve results
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and international locations
  • Familiarity with localization, language services, translation, SaaS, or technology industries
  • Hands-on experience with Workable or other modern applicant tracking systems
  • Experience building employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing programs
  • Experience sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
  • Experience working across cultures, regions, and time zones
  • Speaking more than one language or experience supporting multilingual work environments is a plus
