Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leading complex, high-priority searches for a U.S. employer. Advising leaders on recruiting strategy, sourcing, compensation, and candidate closing while mentoring recruiters.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, senior, niche, or high-priority roles across assigned business areas
  • Advise hiring leaders on market availability, compensation considerations, search strategy, selection approach, and candidate closing
  • Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements, success profiles, sourcing strategy, interview process, and timelines
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for passive, specialized, and difficult-to-fill talent markets
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through communication, recruiting insights, funnel updates, risk identification, and recommended actions
  • Partner with HR, compensation, and business leadership on offer strategy, candidate negotiations, and competitive positioning
  • Influence hiring manager behavior around timely feedback, interview discipline, realistic role requirements, and inclusive selection practices
  • Mentor less experienced recruiters on sourcing, stakeholder management, and search strategy best practices
  • Represent Talent Acquisition as a credible business partner with knowledge of talent, market dynamics, and business needs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of direct stakeholder management experience with hiring managers, senior leaders, or cross-functional business partners
  • Advanced sourcing capability, including passive candidate engagement, market mapping, pipeline development, and creative outreach strategies
  • Strong consultative communication skills with ability to influence hiring decisions and challenge assumptions professionally
  • Experience advising on recruiting strategy, candidate market conditions, compensation considerations, and closing approach
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches with urgency, quality, and strong attention to detail
  • Experience recruiting in construction, engineering, infrastructure, facilities, technical services, or adjacent industries preferred
  • Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian searches or multi-country stakeholder groups preferred
  • Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting best-practice initiatives preferred
  • Experience using recruiting data to guide stakeholder conversations and improve hiring outcomes preferred
