Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leading high-volume technical-support recruitment at PAR Technology, a restaurant-technology provider. Designing batch hiring events and supporting GTM and corporate hiring.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for the Technical Support organization
  • Design, plan, and execute batch hiring events and Super Days
  • Coordinate hiring managers, interview panels, candidates, and event logistics
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and partnerships
  • Forecast hiring needs, set headcount plans, and adjust recruiting strategy for seasonal and growth-driven demand
  • Support hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations roles
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including communication, structured interviews, offer negotiation, and closing
  • Track and report recruiting metrics and continuously improve recruiting processes
  • Ensure ATS hygiene and compliance with recruiting policies, EEO guidelines, and internal process standards
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership and peers to improve batch hiring playbooks and scale processes
  • Represent PAR at hiring events, career fairs, and other recruiting activities

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success in high-volume/high-velocity hiring
  • Hands-on experience designing and running batch hiring events and Super Days
  • Experience recruiting for technical support, customer support, or another high-volume, high-turnover function
  • Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
  • Experience recruiting for Corporate roles (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring managers and business leaders at all levels
  • Experience with Ashby or a comparable applicant tracking system
  • Experience with recruiting automation and scheduling tools
  • Data-driven recruiting approach; ability to track and report pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance metrics
  • Experience building recruitment marketing or employer branding campaigns
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
