Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for Vishay, a global semiconductor and electronic components manufacturer. Building talent pipelines and supporting cross-border hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
- Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication
- Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives
- Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives
- Work closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
- Experience with ATS systems; experience with Workday is a plus
- Strong execution and organizational skills
- Proactive sourcing mindset
- Stakeholder communication and coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work from the United States, with preferred states NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP
