Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner building Franki’s in-house recruiting capability for its AI-powered dining discovery platform. Leading full-cycle hiring, outbound sourcing, employer branding, and talent analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Proactively hunt for talent through outbound sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Represent Franki at industry conferences, sales events, and recruiting fairs to network and build a pipeline of passive candidates
- Partner with leaders to forecast talent needs, define roles, and craft hiring plans
- Own and maintain the careers page, employer brand content, and LinkedIn company presence
- Manage the recruitment process using time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and sourced-to-hire ratio data
- Select and manage external agency partners only when needed while maintaining cost control
- Ensure hiring and onboarding documentation, including I-9, E-Verify, offer letters, and background checks, is accurate, complete, and legally compliant
- Partner with the Head of People Operations to build an internal talent framework covering career pathing, succession planning, onboarding, and manager capability in interviewing and talent conversations
- Build dashboards combining recruitment and retention data and present insights to leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a tech or startup environment
- Demonstrated, hands-on history of outbound, sales-style sourcing
- Proven track record running full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles
- Experience managing a company LinkedIn presence
- Experience using LinkedIn and Indeed for employer branding, sourcing, and pipeline building
- Track record of attending industry conferences, sales events, or recruiting fairs to build external networks
- Portfolio or work samples of employer brand work
- Experience with employment eligibility verification (I-9/E-Verify)
- Experience administering an applicant tracking system, preferably Rippling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- High comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, fully remote environment
- Familiarity with multi-state pay transparency and job posting compliance requirements is a bonus
- Familiarity with employment-based visa sponsorship processes is a bonus
- Experience collaborating with HR or People Ops on engagement or development initiatives is a bonus
