Job Description
Leadership Talent Sourcer for Anduril Industries scouting for leadership roles. Focused on strategic talent acquisition and engagement within advanced technology and defense sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic talent advisor and scout for the leadership team
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to map target companies
- Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with sophisticated growth talent
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for critical business development roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific capture targets
- Analyze sourcing metrics to refine outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years in sourcing or recruiting
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring for Business Development, Capture, Sales, or Account Management roles
- Deep understanding of the business development lifecycle
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using data-driven approaches
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills
